VyroShield ("we", "us", or "our") operates the VyroShield anti-cheat service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Account information: when you sign in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, and email address to create and manage your account. Server telemetry: when you install our anti-cheat, we receive server identifiers, player identifiers (licenses/Steam/rockstar), detection events, and in-game behavior data needed to detect cheating. Payment information: we use Polar to process payments; we never store your full card details on our servers.
We use your information to provide and operate the anti-cheat service, detect and prevent cheating, secure your account and servers, provide customer support, process payments, and send service-related communications.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers who help us operate the service: Polar (payments), Resend (email), Discord (authentication), and IPQualityScore (fraud/IP checks). These providers may only use your data to provide services on our behalf.
Detection logs and server telemetry are retained as long as your subscription is active and deleted within a reasonable period after account deletion. Account data is kept until you request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by law.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Where required by law, you may also object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
